The Metropolitan Council is seeking a consultant to lead the “Housing Forward Cities” coalition and deliver a suite of technical tools, a Pattern Book of mid‑density housing designs, and advisory reports on zoning, land‑use, and building‑code reforms for member cities across the Twin Cities region. The effort will involve coalition coordination, development of design resources, and policy‑level technical assistance to advance missing‑middle housing options.
