Sole Source to Raytheon | Ukraine PATRIOT Depot Test Equipment (DTE)

This sole‑source Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) seeks a qualified supplier—anticipated to be Raytheon—to provide a complete Depot Test Equipment (DTE) kit for Ukraine’s PATRIOT phased‑array tracking radar system, including hardware, spares, installation, on‑the‑job training, and five years of life‑cycle support. The effort will be managed by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and will involve manufacturing six primary test stations, delivering a detailed spare‑parts lot, performing site surveys, installing equipment at a Ukrainian facility, and providing training to Ukrainian personnel. • Deliver six test stations (PAT 243, PAT 24X, CLET, CDU, RTACS, PAO Processor) plus associated installation and OJT services. • Supply comprehensive spare‑parts inventories and five‑year support spares. • Conduct site survey, installation, acceptance testing, and training, with all hardware shipped according to a months‑after‑contract‑award (MACA) schedule.
