The Bureau of Indian Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide remediation services at the Baca and Haystack Sheep Dip Vat (SDV) site. The contractor will be responsible for sampling and removal of contaminated materials. The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract, and the contractor must submit a quote that includes all elements of the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW is attached to the solicitation. • The contractor must be an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) to be eligible for this contract. • The contract will be for a period of 120 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. • The contractor must submit a quote that includes all elements of the SOW. • The contractor must submit a signed and completed IEE Representation Form with their quote.
