Solid Waste Engineering and Environmental Professional Services

The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified firms to provide solid waste engineering and environmental professional services. The selected firm will be responsible for providing services such as sanitary landfill design and permitting, landfill gas system design and permitting, water quality sampling and analysis, and NPDES design and implementation. The firm should have experience in solid waste operations, environmental compliance, and permitting. The contract will be for a period of time determined by the County, with the option to renew or extend. The County is looking for a firm that can provide practical, cost-effective solutions, demonstrate familiarity with Florida regulatory frameworks, and maintain strong communication and coordination with County staff and regulatory agencies.
