Environmental Services Clean City Support

The City of Tucson’s Environmental Services Department is soliciting qualified contractors to provide regular and on‑call citywide cleanup services. The work covers rapid response to illegal dumping, homeless‑encampment refuse removal, roadside litter abatement, and support for community cleanup events. Contractors must be Arizona‑licensed waste‑handling firms, capable of handling solid waste, hazardous and bio‑hazard materials, and must adhere to strict safety, OSHA, and environmental protocols. Services are performed Monday‑Friday, 6 a.m.–6 p.m., with a requirement to respond to work orders within two business days and submit detailed electronic reports and invoices.
