Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) Landscape Maintenance

The City of Tucson is seeking qualified vendors to provide landscape and structure maintenance services for Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) assets on public properties. The services include routine maintenance, certified herbicide application, rainwater harvesting cistern maintenance, consultation, outreach, instruction, and data collection, GSI reconstruction, manual or truck watering, and irrigation system oversight and repair. The contract will be awarded for a period of five years, with the option to renew. The City reserves the right to adjust the scope of work as needed. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining GSI structures, earthworks, and vegetation. • The contractor will perform tasks such as inspecting and clearing inlets, outlets, and basins, reinforcing berms, and pruning trees and shrubs. • The contractor will also be responsible for controlling invasive vegetation and removing trash and debris. • The contractor must have an Arizona Department of Agriculture-Pest Management Division Business License and be a Registered Qualifying Party to perform herbicide application services. • The contractor must provide weekly and yearly summary reports of herbicide and pesticide application activities.
