Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for Tree Work Services

The City of Tucson is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide routine and on-call urban forestry services on public property. The services include tree planting, maintenance, assessment, removal, and related services. The City intends to broaden and diversify the pool of contractors who are qualified to perform these services. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors, and the City may terminate the contract at any time with 30 days' notice. • The contract includes three groups of services: Mature Tree Maintenance, Tree Planting & Young Tree Maintenance, and Consultation, Outreach, Instruction, and/or Data Collection. • The City may request additional services, including storm response and emergency services. • The contractor must provide a list of tools and equipment available for the contract and describe internal work quality, staff, and field protection measures. • The contractor must also provide a staff structure diagram and a list of relevant experience, education, certifications, and training for all staff potentially assigned to the contract.
