Electrical Power Operation and Maintenance Services – Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo

The 409th Contracting Support Brigade is seeking a contractor to provide Electrical Power Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. The contractor will be responsible for operating, maintaining, inspecting, repairing, and sustaining the installation's high-voltage (HV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical distribution network. The scope of work includes full O&M of HV/MV systems, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, minor new work, emergency response, and calibration and sustainment of control, monitoring, and protective systems. The contractor must comply with OEM instructions, NFPA standards, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), Technical Manuals (TM), and internationally recognized electrical safety and maintenance standards. • The contractor will operate and maintain all electrical distribution assets in accordance with OEM instructions and recognized industry standards. • The contractor will perform scheduled inspections, thermal imaging, electrical testing, cleaning, lubrication, and OEM-recommended component replacements to reduce failures and increase system reliability. • The contractor will troubleshoot, fault isolate, repair, and restore service following outages or equipment failures. • The contractor will perform small-scale construction, modifications, and additions to the electrical distribution network. • The contractor will provide 24/7 rapid response capability to address electrical failures, outages, and urgent repairs. • The contractor will maintain and calibrate SCADA systems, protective relays, sensors, alarms, frequency converters, meters, and all electronically controlled systems.
