Description
The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Meteorology Department is seeking a Scintec LAP3000 Radar Wind Profiler system and associated installation and training services. The system will be used to collect real-time weather observations in the Monterey Coastal Region. The contractor will be responsible for installing and testing the equipment, as well as providing training to NPS personnel. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer.
• The Scintec LAP3000 Radar Wind Profiler system must be compatible with the existing infrastructure at NPS.
• The contractor must provide a detailed installation plan and timeline.
• The contractor must demonstrate experience and qualifications in installing and maintaining similar equipment.
• The contract includes a 2-day on-site training session.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the equipment and services provided.
