Cushman No. 1 Headgate Seal & Drill Jig

The City of Tacoma is soliciting bids for the supply, machining, assembly, and delivery of headgate seal and drill jig assemblies for the Cushman No. 1 Dam intake headgate. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on price, product quality, and availability. The project scope includes the fabrication of two headgate seals and one headgate seal drill jig assembly, with a delivery timeline of 98 days after the award of the contract. • The contract requires the bidder to have experience in this type of work and a record of successful completion of similar projects. • The bidder must provide a minimum of 3 references, including date, amount of contract, company name, contact person, and phone number. • The contract includes provisions for contract changes, payment, and delivery. • The City of Tacoma reserves the right to waive irregularities and to not award a contract or to issue subsequent RFBs.
