The Department of Veterans Affairs (Portland VAMC) is seeking a brand‑name or equal BetterBuilt R640 cart and utensil washer, including delivery, installation, removal of the existing unit, and staff training. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price purchase under simplified acquisition procedures, awarded on price‑only criteria. The vendor must be an OEM, authorized distributor, or reseller and must submit a completed SF‑1449, price schedule, product literature, and any required trade‑agreement certificates.
