Description
The State of California, Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division, is seeking bids for Glass and Window Replacement Services. The services will be performed at the Central Utility Plant (Building #095) in Sacramento, CA. The contract term is expected to be 18 months. Bidders must meet minimum requirements, including possessing a valid Class C-17, Glazing Contractors license, and providing proof of insurance. A non-mandatory walk-through is scheduled for October 23, 2025.
• The services include replacing glass and windows at the specified location.
• Bidders must submit a completed bid package, including all required attachments.
• The bid submission must be complete and responsive to the IFB requirements.
• The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder.
• The winning bidder will be required to sign the contract on the State's Standard Agreement (STD 213) and provide a certificate of insurance.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage requirements.
