Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors who can provide VALL Radiometer ABL90 Flex Plus Analyzers Platinum Service OR EQUAL. The contractor shall deliver service that can meet the required Salient Characteristics to VA Medical Center located at Jerry L. Pettis VA Medical Center, 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357-1000. The required services shall be provided by the contractor along with all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Some key points of the Salient Characteristics include:
• Must provide next-business-day or same-day onsite response as the fastest available field service tier.
• Must include 24/7 priority phone support from engineers with specialized training and experience on ABL90 FLEX PLUS analyzers.
• Must schedule preventive maintenance (PM) visits per Radiometer’s recommended intervals, tailored to the facility’s usage needs.
• Must cover all break-fix repairs, including labor, genuine parts replacement, diagnostics, and calibration to restore device performance.
