This indefinite‑delivery‑indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract will award multiple‑award schedule positions for clinical‑laboratory analyzers covering chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, microbiology, and immunochemistry. Prime contractors must provide the analyzers, all consumables, installation, 24/7 emergency repair, preventive‑maintenance, VistA‑compatible interface, training for VA operators, and a cost‑per‑test pricing model that includes reagents, controls, maintenance, and service. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price schedule with a five‑year base period and a possible one‑time option extension. Minimum annual purchase commitment is $2,500, with an anticipated minimum sales requirement of $25,000 in the first two years.
• Supply state‑of‑the‑art clinical‑laboratory analyzers and all required consumables for a cost‑per‑test model.
• Provide installation, validation, 24 × 7 emergency repair, preventive‑maintenance, and training services.
• Ensure full VistA (HL‑7/RS‑232) interface compatibility and comply with extensive FAR clauses (DEI, subcontracting, small‑business, etc.).
• Meet nationwide delivery requirements, including designated overseas sites (Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, etc.).
