Fire Station #6 Re-Roofing

The City of Pontiac is seeking a contractor to perform the re-roofing of Fire Station #6, located at 55 W. Walton Boulevard, Pontiac, Michigan. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the project in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, and contract documents. The scope of work includes removing the existing roofing system, repairing or replacing damaged roof decking, installing a fully adhered single-ply roofing system, and providing a watertight roofing system meeting manufacturer and specification requirements. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. • The contractor must maintain a safe work environment and assume full responsibility for jobsite safety. • The contractor must coordinate all work to minimize disruption to fire station operations. • The contractor must provide a minimum one-year maintenance and guarantee period. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability insurance, commercial automobile liability, workers' compensation insurance, and umbrella/excess liability insurance.
