AVENUE R - PHASE 1 FROM 25TH ST TO TACKSTEM AVENUE

The City of Palmdale is soliciting contractors to rehabilitate Avenue R (25th St E. → Tackstem Ave.) through a full‑depth reclamation (FDR‑C) process, replacement of asphalt concrete (AC) pavement, curb‑ramp reconstruction, utility adjustments, and comprehensive traffic‑control upgrades. The work must be completed within 120 working days and includes installation of thermoplastic striping, pavement markers, and new signage.
