Design-Build Services- Bristol Street Corridor Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Project

The City of Santa Ana is seeking a qualified design‑build team to deliver comprehensive traffic‑signal synchronization services along the 10.5‑mile Bristol Street corridor. The contract covers engineering design, procurement and installation of signal hardware, development and optimization of timing plans, and a two‑year operations‑and‑maintenance (O&M) period, with the possibility of two one‑year extensions. The effort includes data collection, coordination with multiple jurisdictions, and delivery of detailed technical reports and ongoing support. • Design‑build of 45 main‑line and 5 offset traffic signals (hardware, cabinets, controllers, detection, CCTV, fiber‑optic network). • Development of synchronized timing plans, travel‑time studies, and performance metrics (CSPI, emissions, fuel use). • Two‑year O&M and on‑call technical support, plus final close‑out documentation.
