Mechanical Unloading IDIQ 2026- 2029

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, is soliciting bids for a mechanical unloading and dredging project in the Mississippi and Minnesota Rivers, covering areas in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. The project involves furnishing all necessary plant, labor, material, and equipment for island unloading and/or dredging, as well as transporting material to designated USACE placement sites. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type, with a base period of 12 months and options for two additional 12-month periods.
