Description
The VA is seeking an IDIQ contractor to provide trauma‑scene and crime‑scene remediation services at numerous VA facilities throughout Ohio. Work includes hazardous‑drug spill clean‑up, blood/bodily‑fluid decontamination, and post‑violent‑event remediation, with a 24/7 emergency response requirement and a ≤ 2‑hour on‑site arrival time. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, chemicals, PPE, and disposal services, meet OSHA BBP, CDC, ANSI/IICRC S‑540, and state hazardous‑waste regulations, and maintain detailed documentation for each incident. The base period runs one year (30 Nov 2026 – 29 Nov 2027) with possible six‑month extensions.
