TOS No. 23-192B - Methane Investigation for the HWRP - Battery B Digesters Demolition and New Flare Station Construction

The City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering (BOE) Geotechnical Engineering Division (GED), is seeking a consultant to provide installation and sampling of both shallow and multi-level soil gas probes, the performance of methane testing, and the preparation of methane reporting, including the completion of Form 1. The consultant will work on the HWRP - Battery B Digesters Demolition and New Flare Station Construction project. Key responsibilities include: • Installation and sampling of soil gas probes • Methane testing and reporting • Completion of Form 1 The consultant must be pre-qualified and registered with RAMP. The top three firms on the Pre-Qualified On-Call Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering Services Consultants List are eligible to apply.
