Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional service contractor to provide exterior infrastructure repairs at the Charles E. Egeler Reception and Guidance Center in Jackson, Michigan. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, code reviews, project meetings, presentations, hearings, utility allocations requests, and/or connections, easements, or permits. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• The contractor must provide a technical proposal and a cost proposal.
• The contractor must have a license to practice in the State of Michigan.
• The contractor must provide a detailed work plan and methodology.
• The contractor must provide a schedule and timeline for the project.
• The contractor must provide a budget analysis and cost estimate.
• The contractor must provide references and examples of previous work.
