Description
The City of Lawrenceville is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the City of Lawrenceville Pink Parking Lot Project. The project involves the demolition, removal, hauling, and disposal of existing building, utility services, landscaping, pavement, concrete, and other features, as well as improvements to provide additional downtown parking. The work includes the installation of proposed curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, base and asphalt pavement, new modular retaining wall, storm drain piping, storm structures, stormwater underground detention, site grading, erosion control, striping, pavement markings, signage, ADA pedestrian ramps, landscaping, and installation of site lighting.
• The project is located to the west of Culver Street in Lawrenceville, Georgia, at 232 W Pike Street and 245 W Crogan Street.
• The project requires a pre-bid conference, which is scheduled for 10:00 AM on July 14, 2026, at Lawrenceville City Hall.
• The bid envelope should be marked with the Bid Number, name of Bidder, date, and time of opening.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide a payment and performance bond, each in the amount of 100% of the bid amount.
• The City of Lawrenceville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, and to make an award as deemed in its best interest.
