Tax Advisory Services for ITC Elective Pay Filing

The Town of Wellesley, MA is seeking a tax advisor to provide professional services related to the federal Investment Tax Credit (ITC) elective pay mechanism. The purpose of this project is to pre-file for, file for, and receive elective pay for a Clean Electricity ITC for three solar photovoltaic systems on Town of Wellesley property. The selected tax advisor will inform design, procurement, contracting, and construction decisions that may affect eligibility, credit amount, and compliance with IRA requirements.
