Ready Mix Concrete Rebid #2

The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Transportation Cabinet, Division of Purchases is soliciting bids for a master agreement contract for Ready Mix Concrete Rebid #2. The contract will be for the initial period beginning upon award and expiring 4/30/2027, with an option for renewal. The vendor will be required to provide ready mix concrete to the Department of Highways, and the contract will be awarded to all responsive bidders who submit a bid and are approved by the Division of Materials. The vendor must have an approved concrete plant prior to award of contract, and must comply with all applicable statutes, regulations, and policies related to this procurement. • The vendor must provide a Non-Collusion Certification and a Buy America/BABA Certificate of Compliance. • The vendor must have a valid Certificate of Insurance that meets the requirements of the contract. • The vendor must comply with the Federal Highway Administration's Buy America Requirement and the Build America, Buy America Act. • The vendor must provide a list of all subcontractors and suppliers used in the performance of the contract. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment, labor, and worker safety.
