Special Notice For Space Systems Command Strategic Services Vehicle (SSSV) Program

The United States Space Force (USSF) Space Systems Command, Enterprise Sourcing Division (SSC/PKA) has released a special notice to provide updates on the six Strategic Services Vehicle program Commercial Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) services Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The notice outlines the projected timeline for the release of Request For Quotes (RFQs) for the remaining four constellations: Acquisition Support, Security Support, Financial Management Support, and Engineering Support. The RFQs will be posted on GSA eBuy, and the Government aims to release the next RFQ in CY2025 quarter 3. The notice also provides information on the magnitude of work, small business set-asides, NAICS codes, and potential maximum number of awardees for each constellation. • The Acquisition Support constellation has a magnitude of work of $188M and is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). • The Security Support constellation has a magnitude of work of $132M and is set aside for Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). • The Financial Management Support constellation has a magnitude of work of $47M and is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). • The Engineering Support constellation has a magnitude of work of $50M and is set aside for Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB).
