Description
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking a supplier to provide and install a paper cutter machine, train PLCB operators on the equipment, and remove the existing Daeho DYMii 1160 45” paper cutter. The supplier must provide a Challenge Machinery Champion 370TC or an approved equivalent model from another manufacturer, with specific features such as a standard motor, two-hand push button control, and programmable clamp pressure per cut. The bid must include freight and delivery cost, installation, and a maximum of up to one full day of PLCB employee training by on-staff supplier technicians.
• The paper cutter must be delivered within 60 calendar days from the PO issuance date.
• The supplier must warrant all equipment for no less than one year from the date of acceptance of the system by PLCB at no additional cost.
• The supplier must assign all manufacturers’ equipment warranties to the PLCB, supplying all necessary documentation at no additional cost to the PLCB.
• The PLCB reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids received as a result of this IFB.
• The contract resulting from this IFB shall be governed by the PLCB’s Standard Contract Terms and Conditions for Non-Merchandise Purchase Orders (Form 54-FA-2.1).
