The County of Kern is seeking to make an award for a new and unused 1-Ton Flatbed Pickup Truck. The truck should have a 12-foot bed with panels, a gas engine, and a heavy-duty automatic transmission. The vehicle should also have power brakes, a power steering system, and an electrical system with a minimum of 90 amps. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the vehicle to the County of Kern's Public Works Fleet at 5438 Victor Street, Bakersfield, CA 93308. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract to the vendor that best meets the needs of the department.
