The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is seeking a contractor to provide mold remediation services at the Colebrook River Lake office in Colebrook, CT. The work consists of cleaning and structural remediation for mold damage in six areas, using full negative air pressure containment, air fan/scrubber with HEPA filtration, and treatment and encapsulation. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work. The key requirements for this project include: • Experience in mold remediation services • Ability to perform work in accordance with IICRC S520 standards • Compliance with state and local building codes • Completion of work within a relatively short period • Active registration in SAM.gov at the time of submission • Completion of the solicitation survey and provision of required information and certifications.
