Traffic Signal Improvements at Various Locations No. 211

This Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks a contractor to design, construct, and activate traffic signal systems and associated roadway improvements at multiple intersections throughout Clark County, Nevada. The work includes installation of traffic signals, construction of median “worm” islands, demolition of existing improvements, roadway and sidewalk reconstruction (including ADA‑compliant ramps), utility adjustments, street lighting, ITS components, landscaping restoration, and required traffic and dust control measures. The contract is a fixed‑price, estimated at roughly $5 million, and will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder. • Install full traffic signal systems at three major intersections. • Build median islands (“worm” islands) at several Las Vegas Blvd locations. • Perform demolition, sidewalk, curb, gutter, pavement marking, utility, lighting, and ITS installation work. • Provide traffic control and dust mitigation plans during construction. • Deliver a comprehensive, integrated transportation improvement package across the county.
