Pine Flat Lake Herbicide Service

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide herbicide services at Pine Flat Lake. The contractor will be responsible for applying herbicides to control weeds and vegetation in various areas around the lake, including recreation areas, campgrounds, and wildlife areas. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four option years. The contractor must have a California Herbicide Applicator License and provide a firm-fixed price for each item. • The contractor will be required to apply herbicides in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work. • The contractor will be required to submit a copy of their California Herbicide Applicator License. • The contractor will be evaluated based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) criteria.
