Description
The County of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking qualified companies to provide as-needed aquatic weed and algae growth control services for various Department lake facilities. The selected contractors will enter into a Master Agreement with the County, which will consolidate all lake-related aquatic weed and algae growth control services under a single agreement. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis, and the County reserves the right to terminate the Master Agreement at any time. The contractors must have a minimum of three years of experience in providing aquatic weed and algae growth control services, possess the necessary licenses and certifications, and comply with the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement.

* Providing as-needed aquatic weed and algae growth control services for various Department lake facilities
* Entering into a Master Agreement with the County
* Having a minimum of three years of experience in providing aquatic weed and algae growth control services
* Possessing the necessary licenses and certifications, including a valid California Pest Control Business License, an Agricultural Pest Control Advisor License, and a Qualified Applicator License
* Complying with the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement, including the provision of proof of insurance and the payment of any penalties or fines incurred
* Cooperating with the County's Project Managers and Contract Project Monitors in the review and monitoring of the contractor's service program, records, and procedures
