Request for Information: "Net-Ready" Key Performance Parameter (NR-KPP)

The United States Space Force is conducting market research to redefine the "Net-Ready" Key Performance Parameter (NR-KPP) framework. The current framework is insufficient for modern warfare, and the USSF aims to create a new framework that focuses on interoperability, security, and continuous evolution. The proposed framework has three guiding principles: interoperability at the data layer, continuous software evolution, and cyber resilience by design. The USSF is seeking industry expertise, lessons learned, and innovative ideas to help shape the new framework.
