Request For Proposal, SPRRA2-26-R-0007, Multiple NSNs

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing a sole-sourced Request for Proposal (RFP) to Raytheon Company for the addition of parts to the Subsumable Contract SPRRA2-25-D-0016. The parts will support the Patriot Missile and other systems. The RFP includes thirteen National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and Part Numbers, and the contractor must provide pricing information, delivery schedules, and other supporting documentation. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, and the Government contemplates Firm-Fixed-Pricing for the NSNs/Parts listed. The proposal must include proposed order sizes, evidence-based delivery schedules, and three unit price ranges. • The contractor must provide a sanitized cost break-down and a working cost model with Excel formulas. • The contractor must identify key business unit personnel related to contracting, technical, and pricing questions. • The contractor must assert restrictions on technical data or software as required. • The contractor must provide documentation of the most recent Indirect Expense Rates. • The contractor must submit a proposal that includes all required information and supporting documentation.
