Description
The US Air Force intends to award a sole-source contract to Leonardo S.p.A for a 10-day initial qualification course for four MH-139 Maintenance Test Pilots. The course will be conducted on-site at Malmstrom AFB, Great Falls, MT. The contractor will provide lesson materials and utilize government facilities and equipment. The course will consist of two phases: Phase I - Flight Familiarization and Phase II - Maintenance Check Pilot Training. The contractor must comply with various regulations, including those related to combating trafficking in persons, security, and safety.
• The course will be conducted for a class size of four pilot-in-command qualified students.
• The contractor must have a REAL ID to access the base.
• The contractor must comply with base traffic regulations and not possess weapons or firearms on the base.
• The contractor must report any information that may pose a threat to the security of DoD personnel or resources.
