Sidewalk Improvements TIF 4 FY2026, Section 25-00701-01-SW

The City of Urbana is seeking assistance to improve the sidewalks on the west side of Cunningham Avenue from just north of Kerr Avenue to just south of East Country Club Road. This work includes construction of new sidewalks, curb and gutter, driveway pavement, utility adjustments, and appurtenances. The project is funded with local Tax Increment Financing (TIF) 4 District funds. The City is looking for a vendor to provide the necessary services to complete this project. • The project includes the construction of 5,776 SQ FT of new sidewalks, 428 FOOT of curb and gutter, and 336 SQ YD of driveway pavement. • The vendor will be required to provide insurance and bonding in accordance with the IDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. • The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and municipal laws, as well as the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over the scope of work. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, or any part thereof, and to waive any technicalities or informalities deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
