Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, ship, install, and commission four electric trash‑rack winches with accessories for the East Lake Skinner Bypass screening structure. The contract includes provision of all mechanical and electrical components, a one‑year performance warranty, on‑site installation/start‑up services, training, and required documentation such as data sheets, installation manuals, and QA plans. The work is performed at the Robert A. Skinner Water‑Treatment Plant in Winchester, CA, and requires compliance with NEMA, ASME, and California safety standards.
• Supply four 4HP electric winch assemblies (motor, controls, limit switches, brake, drum, rope, hardware).
• Provide accessories, spare parts, coating, and complete installation/start‑up services (≈12 hours on‑site).
• Deliver full documentation (data sheets, IOM manuals, test reports, QA plan) and a one‑year performance guarantee.
