Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Clear Creek Water Reclamation Plant

The City of Denton is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and construction services for the Clear Creek Water Reclamation Plant. The project involves the construction of a new water reclamation plant with a planned treatment capacity of 10 MGD, utilizing MBR technology. The scope of work includes lift station and headworks, screening and grit removal, biological nutrient removal, membrane bioreactors, odor control system, ultraviolet disinfection, and architectural components. The CMAR will be responsible for providing material, labor, equipment, supervision, and other services required for the project.
