Fabrication of Tie Bolt (TB) Disposal Box

The Norfolk Naval Shipyard is seeking a contractor to fabricate two Tie Bolt (TB) Disposal Boxes. The boxes must be fabricated in accordance with the specifications provided in Attachments A and B. The contractor must provide a completed RFQ form, a capability statement, and a vendor quote, including technical specifications and drawings. The Government will evaluate quotes using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. • The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) award. • The contractor must ensure that all materials are provided and that the fabrication is done in accordance with the specifications. • The contractor must also ensure that the boxes are packaged and marked in accordance with the requirements. • The delivery schedule is on or before 30 Nov 2026. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and safety standards.
