The State of Delaware OMB/DFM is soliciting bids for the design‑build construction of a new pole‑barn facility at the Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution. The contract covers a 1,500 sq ft one‑story pre‑engineered wood structure with a 600 sq ft mezzanine, concrete slab foundation, metal siding and roofing, aluminum‑clad windows, a small dog kennel, full plumbing, electrical, HVAC, demolition of an existing guard shack, and installation of resilient flooring.
