Description
The City of Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish is seeking bids for the purchase of M4-EX03 Patrol Rifles and Slings. The bid documents can be obtained from the City-Parish Purchasing Division. Bidders must submit their bids by July 6, 2026, at 11:00 am CT. The City-Parish reserves the right to evaluate bids and award items separately, grouped, or on an all-or-none basis.
• The bid must include the price for the rifles and slings, as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
• The bidder must provide a detailed description of the products being offered, including any relevant specifications and features.
• The City-Parish requires that all products be new and of current manufacture, and that all work be performed according to standard practices for the project.
• The bidder must certify that they are not suspended or debarred by the General Services Administration (GSA) and that they are in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
