The Erie County Department of Social Services seeks a qualified provider to deliver academic and vocational supports to at‑risk youth (ages 13‑17) who are or have been involved with the juvenile‑justice system throughout Erie County. The contractor will design and implement a youth‑centered program that includes tutoring, high‑school equivalency preparation (optional), job‑search assistance, case management, and attendance improvement activities, using trauma‑informed, evidence‑based, and culturally responsive practices. The award is a one‑year, pay‑for‑performance contract with the possibility of annual renewal, and the total funding ceiling is $186,509 for FY 2027.
