Description
The Alabama Department of Mental Health is seeking qualified providers to deliver adolescent early‑intervention and/or outpatient substance‑use treatment services in Region 4 (13 counties). The contract will fund up to two awardees, each receiving a maximum of $250,000 for a 12‑month period, covering start‑up costs, staffing, direct service delivery, and required reporting. Proposals must be submitted in hard‑copy format (original, two copies, and a USB drive) by the Dec 7 2026 deadline. Evaluation will consider understanding of the scope, organizational experience, program design, implementation readiness, and budget realism.
• Provide comprehensive behavioral‑health screening, assessment, counseling, case management, medication management, and related services to adolescents ages 13‑19.
• Deliver services both in‑person and via HIPAA‑compliant tele‑behavioral health when requested and clinically appropriate.
• Include a detailed 12‑month budget, narrative, and sustainability plan; indirect costs up to 15 % allowed.
