Dorchester County, SC is seeking a qualified consulting firm to perform comprehensive ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accessibility assessments at approximately twenty county facilities. The contractor must conduct on‑site inspections, document barriers, assign priority levels, and provide planning‑level cost estimates for corrective actions. Deliverables include a draft and final PDF report for each location, a county‑wide executive summary, a consolidated deficiency matrix, photographic documentation, cost classifications, and a final presentation to county officials. All work must be completed within 90 calendar days of award, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
