Description
The State of Arizona Department of Transportation is seeking qualified contractors to perform complete demolition of the 6.59‑acre Parcel 13‑2012 located near US‑93 in Wickenburg, AZ. The work includes removal of a 1,746 sq ft. frame‑stucco house, associated patios, a casita, tack room, horse shades, fencing, concrete, vegetation, and all subsurface elements such as footings, foundations, septic tanks, and utilities. The contractor must begin work within 30 days of receiving the Notice to Proceed, complete demolition in 2 weeks (maximum 4 weeks), and deliver a clean, “crusted‑dirt” site. Additional requirements cover environmental compliance (NESHAP, asbestos handling, ADEQ permits), safety planning, insurance, performance and payment bonds, and DBE reporting.
