This public‑school project modernizes the restrooms at Lewis & Clark Elementary School in Liberty, Missouri. The scope includes selective demolition of existing finishes, installation of new toilet partitions, casework, ADA signage, resinous‑floor removal and new epoxy flooring, interior painting, acoustic ceiling systems, new exhaust fans, and limited plumbing and electrical updates. The contract will be awarded through a competitive bid process and managed under a Construction‑Manager‑Agency delivery method.
• Demolition, carpentry, drywall, ceiling, tile, and flooring work across 10‑12 restroom spaces.
• Installation of new plumbing fixtures, shut‑off valves, and limited mechanical ventilation fans.
• Supply and install hollow‑metal and flush‑wood doors, hardware, ADA signage, and casework.
• Required compliance with prevailing‑wage rules, tax‑exempt status, and extensive documentation (submittals, warranties, close‑out manuals).
