Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources to update Pentair Soft Water Generators, including chemistry and preventive maintenance, at the Bath VA Medical Center. The anticipated period of performance is from 06/01/2026 to 05/31/2027, with four option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing a fully operational turnkey system, including all chemistry, and performing monthly site visits to ensure system functionality. The system must meet NSF/ANSI 61 standards and have a continuous flow rate of 59 GPM with no more than a 15 PSI pressure drop.
Key requirements include:
* Providing a duplex, progressive flow softener system with two softener units
* Ensuring the system meets NSF/ANSI 61 standards
* Performing monthly site visits to ensure system functionality
* Providing all chemistry and consumables
* Meeting New York State and local building codes and regulatory requirements
