Description
The City of Roseburg is seeking bids for the 2026 SE Stephens Street Pavement and Curb Ramp Improvements - Phase 1 project. The project involves reconstructing curb ramps, replacing pavement, and performing other associated work. The bid documents, including contract terms and conditions, specifications, and plans, are available for review. Bidders must be pre-qualified and licensed with the Construction Contractors Board or the State Landscape Contractors Board. The bid must contain a statement that the bidder will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.840 (Prevailing Wage Rates) and certify that the requirements of ORS 279C.505(2) (Employee Drug Testing Program) will be complied with.
• The project requires the reconstruction of curb ramps at up to 6 corners.
• Approximately 10,500 SY of pavement will be replaced by 2” grind and inlay.
• The bidder must meet the highest standards prevalent in the industry or business related to the work to be performed.
• The bidder must provide a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or Bid Bond in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid.
• The bidder must state as part of the bid that the provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Wage Rates) will be complied with.
