The City of Streetsboro, Ohio is seeking qualified contractors to perform a comprehensive road resurfacing program that includes asphalt milling and resurfacing, concrete curb and gutter work, utility adjustments, and pavement markings across several municipal roadways. The contract is split into a Base Bid funded jointly by the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) and the City, and an Alternate Bid funded solely by the City for additional work in the Quails Chase Subdivision. The project must be completed by mid‑October 2026 and requires compliance with Ohio prevailing‑wage, EEO, drug‑free workplace, and bid‑bond requirements.
• Asphalt resurfacing, planing, and partial‑depth repairs on approximately 12,000 SY of roadway.
• Concrete side‑walk removal/installation, curb & gutter replacement, and ADA detectable‑warning mat installation.
