Description
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) seeks a small‑business vendor to supply high‑purity (≥99.99%) isotropic polycrystalline platinum cylinders in three size families (3 mm × 3.42 mm, 1 mm × 1 mm, 0.3 mm × 0.3 mm). Minimum order quantities are 100 cylinders per size, with optional additional quantities up to 1,100 per size. All cylinders must be new, come from a single batch, include material certificates, and be delivered FOB destination to NIST’s Gaithersburg facility within six months of order receipt. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order awarded to the technically acceptable, lowest‑priced offer.
