Pipe Saddles

The City of Modesto is seeking bids for the furnishing of Pipe Saddles equipment, materials, supplies, and related services. The term of the agreement will be for a period of one year with four one-year extension options at the sole discretion of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in a bid. • The Pipe Saddles must meet the specifications outlined in the IFB document. • The bidder must provide a complete bid document, including all required forms and information. • The City will evaluate bids based on price, quality, and performance. • The successful bidder will be required to enter into an agreement with the City, which will include terms and conditions for the provision of the Pipe Saddles. • The agreement will include provisions for payment, delivery, and warranty. • The City reserves the right to terminate the agreement for convenience or due to the bidder's failure to perform.
